The Smith Project
This client wished to have their 1970's bedroom and bathroom updated to reflect
their style and tastes. They let us use our experience and vision to create a modern space for them. The Master Suite included a headboard style wall with pop outs & 3D tiles, concrete pendant lights, reachable touch switches, full LED backlit soffit, intricate Schluter accents and smart lighting controls.
The on-suite bathroom included wall hung vanity with heated LED mirror, wall hung toilet, shower with linear drain and plate glass door. Interior column style storage space with soft lit cubbies.
Polk Road Project
This project is dear to us because we ended up making the vanity, vanity light, floating shelves and ceiling from reclaim wood that was onsite. The ceiling is the old kitchen floor sanded and stained (Kitchen soon to come). The bedroom and bathroom are the original 1880's house that was completely stripped down to the studs and brought up to date. We installed new electrical, a new layout & on suite closet that we framed in, as well as, using Ikea closet sections that we agreed on. Plumbing was totally reconfigured along with electrical. Interior shiplap was covered with level 5, smooth finish sheetrock where needed, exterior wall was updated. Original antique wood floor was discovered under old carpet and linoleum so we refinished the floor to more of a modern farmhouse look. Project also included all new LED Lighting and smart switches.
The Speedwash (Commercial build)
This Express Carwash build (1 of 4) was a team effort and is a state of the art facility. Full express carwash, vacuums, pay stations and an unthinkable amount of plumbing and electrical. Our crew provided construction supervision, various equipment installations, electrical, plumbing, low voltage and smart features found in no other carwashes in the United States. We provided input and assistance all the way through the design and build process, working closely with the project owners.
